The Stars ended up winning the game, 5-3, but the cross-check will cost Roussel a game Friday at home against the Panthers and on the road Saturday against the Avalanche.

Roussel was tagged with a $5,376.34 fine earlier this season for punching Sharks defenseman Justin Braun.

The Stars (25-21-8) are currently sixth in the Central Division ahead of just the Avalanche (22-21-11).
