For a limited time, users can head to Fanatical and snag a free copy of Behold the Kickmen on Steam, though they will have to sign up for the online retailer’s newsletter to do so. For those unfamiliar with the game, Behold the Kickmen is essentially a soccer simulation parody made by someone who has no idea how the sport works. While there are no multiplayer or co-op options available, Behold the Kickmen does boast a dedicated story mode for players to conquer, as outlined by its Steam page. Its Steam page also indicates that Behold the Kickmen has a “Very Positive” overall rating from Steam users, so it should definitely be worth the effort of signing up for a newsletter to snag a free copy.
Fanatical is giving away Behold the Kickmen to help promote its Winter Sale, but Steam itself will soon be hosting a winter sale of its own. The annual Steam Winter Sale is scheduled to start on Thursday, December 22 at 10:00am PT, and it will run until Thursday, January 5 at the same time.
