Coach Mike Tomlin said after the game that Pouncey’s injury would likely require surgery, but no timetable for return was given. Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported that Pouncey has a broken bone, and that Tuitt, who Tomlin said would be out a couple of weeks, has a sprained ankle.

On a second-and-3 play, Pouncey had his ankle rolled up on during a five-yard Le’Veon Bell run. Tuitt collided with a teammate while trying to make a tackle.
Pouncey has been the anchor of the Steelers offensive line since they selected him eighth overall in the 2010 NFL Draft. He has been selected to four Pro Bowls in his first five seasons and helped the Steelers reach the Super Bowl as a rookie, when Pittsburgh lost to the Packers in Super Bowl XLV.
